A business plan is much more than a fundraising tool – it’s a way for you to understand how your business is put together. You can use it to monitor your progress, to hold yourself accountable, and to control the success of your business. Join us for an actionable, interactive workshop to develop a dynamic business plan for your company to effectively deal with the challenges of today’s fast changing marketplace.

We’ll present the methodology and an action plan template used in creating and monitoring a customizable business plan. You will apply these techniques to begin drafting an actionable business plan to address the key issues facing your organization. You'll have the opportunity to have your initial business plan components reviewed at the workshop. After the workshop, you can submit a more complete draft business plan for review and comment.

Workshop Host: Nicholas (Nick) Dovidio, a Board Director and/or “C” level executive for 20 small and mid-sized companies and non-profits since earning his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
