Workshop: Accessing and Staying in Flow

  • Andela 129 W 29th St, 5th Floor New York, NY USA (map)

The state of flow, or being “in the zone”, is a state of peak performance.  It's a mental state where you are fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of your activity.

Join fellow alumni from the startup community for a fun and interactive workshop all about getting into and maintaining this state of flow. If you're interested in creating more focus in your work, this is the event for you! The workshop will be led by GSB '12 alumna Maria Lambert Bridge of Topo Group.

Workshop Host: Maria Lambert Bridge, GSB '12 - Topo Group

Maria is a Stanford alumna and the founder of Topo Group, a consultancy that helps fast-growing companies to build best-in-class workforces. Prior to starting Topo Group, Maria worked at Bain & Company, Warby Parker, and sweetgreen. She is an advisor to Koru Mindfulness, and runs Mind Matters Most, which helps busy people to build a meditative practice.

$30 ticket price includes light appetizers and beverages, as well as workshop materials. Capacity is limited, so register early.
