Mark Tonkelowitz is the co-founder of Maison Miru, a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand known for its thoughtfully designed, 24/7 wearable pieces. Before diving into fashion, Mark was an engineer and engineering manager at Facebook, where he led the News Feed team and worked on Local Search. His expertise spans all things Shopify and performance marketing. With a passion for combining creativity with data-driven strategies, Mark is all about scaling brands while keeping them personal and fun.
Trisha Okubo is the founder and creative director of Maison Miru, the unisex system of jewelry designed to unlock your creativity. In her prior life, she worked in product management and business operations at media and ecommerce companies, where she launched the eBay Facebook app and led product strategy for the eBay global homepage. Areas of expertise include building direct to consumer retail brands, real world product management and operations, branding and creative direction, and bootstrapping high growth companies.
